2001-2004
Telelink Bulgaria founded in 2001. In the next 4 years Telelink was commissioned as a subcontractor for the network rollout of Globul (now Telenor), Bulgaria’s second mobile network operator. At the same time, Telelink expanded its business scope and specializations, developing partnerships with leading mobile network equipment vendors. The company successfully engaged in system integration activities, with projects in the fields of both carrier and enterprise-grade technologies implemented for leading local telecoms and the Government.
2005-2011
Expanding geographical footprint with organic growth and acquisitions in Romania, Macedonia, Ukraine, Montenegro, Serbia and securing additional projects with Governmental and Enterprise accounts. Introduction of Security & Automation offerings. Taking over vendors as exclusive outsourcing partner of Telekom Austria’s Bulgarian unit.
2012-2016
Expanding activities in Western Europe with direct contracts with Vodafone UK and Deutsche Telekom. Developing advanced Microsoft partnerships, implementing 1st Regional Broadband and Border Security Projects in Bulgaria, breakthrough in ITS with projects for the Road Infrastructure Agency and major cities cities.
2017
Reorganization of core operations – split among Telelink Business Services, Telelink Infra Services and Telelink City Services under local holding company in order to promote management motivation and growth organizational focus and fit to the different product, service and business models of current and planned activities.
New products and services targeting an excess of 700 European cities and 5+ new markets from MENA to the US
