Telelink’s business in Bulgaria is to be transformed into four separate companies as of the end of November:
• Telelink Business Services EAD is to provide solutions for IT infrastructure, information security, digital transformation, Big Data and service management, under the direction of Ivan Zhitiyanov, who takes the position of Executive Director;
• Telelink Infra Services EAD is going to provide construction and operation services of communication infrastructure, delivery and integration of security systems as well as intelligent surveillance & management systems under the direction of Tsvetan Mutafchiev, who is to take the position of Executive Director;
• Telelink City Services EAD is to develop and sell smart city solutions under the leadership of Miroslav Katsarov, who will take the Executive Director position;
• Telelink Labs will be another new unit under the direction of Mariyan Karadimitrov. The company is to focus on 5G research, development and education.
The four new companies are going to be part of Telelink Bulgaria – a new holding, Executive directed by Yordan Popov and chaired by Lyubomir Minchev.
The transformation and the creation of these companies aim to reflect their individual activities, their management and development in response to the business needs and the pace of industry.
