The most important global forum for sharing knowledge, experience and ideas in the field of personal data protection and privacy took place simultaneously in Brussels and Sofia between 22 and 26 October.
The event participants have the chance to debate over the ethical dimensions of personal data processing in the digital era and various related topics under the title „Debating Ethics: Dignity and Respect in Data Driven Life“.
Peter Kirkov, Manager Cyber Security Business Development, Telelink participated the “Outsourcing data” – global data transfer and cloud services panel. He discussed additional challenges imposed by GDPR and regulations to both clients looking to migrate to the cloud and also to cloud providers, looking to bolster and expand their market positions and to cater to both client and regulatory demands.
