Telelink receives European support for innovations
Telelink implements project BG16RFOP002-1.001-0396-C01 “Implementation of Innovative Services in Telelink” under the Operational Program “Innovation and Competitiveness”, procedure: BG16RFOP002-1.001 “Support for the introduction of innovations in enterprises”, amounting to BGN 415 420.51, of which 317 796.69 BGN – European financing and 56 081.77 BGN – national co-financing. The total amount of the grant is 90% of the total project cost – 373 878.46 BGN. The project implementation period is 18 months, from 18.01.2017 to 18.07.2018. The overall objective of this project is to implement a world-class innovative service to increase Telelink’s competitiveness on the Bulgarian, European and world markets. The project envisages the introduction of the following product innovation – a new service in the field of ICT – “A Contemporary Security Operation Center”. The innovation introduces for the first time the opportunity for clients – medium and large corporations, to outsource their processes and security teams to an outside organization – Telelink SOC – where professionals with many years of experience will tackle the ever increasing challenges of the digital economy for them. The Security Operations Center is an innovative suite of services that enables more efficient and effective monitoring and management of information security processes. This is done through a centralized body for monitoring and managing incidents related to information security, technology and human resources. In order to ensure proper categorization, management and response to information security incidents, a set of detailed and standardized processes and procedures is used.

Телелинк изпълнява проект BG16RFOP002-1.001-0396-C01 “Внедряване на иновативни услуги в Телелинк” по Оперативна програма „Иновации и конкурентоспособност“, процедура: BG16RFOP002-1.001 “Подкрепа за внедряване на иновации в предприятията”, на стойност: 415 420.51 лв., от които 317 796.69 лв. европейско и 56 081.77 лв. национално съфинансиране. Безвъзмездната помощ е 90% – 373 878.46 лв. Срокът на изпълнение на проекта е 18 месеца, от 18.01.2017 до 18.07.2018 г. Общата цел на настоящия проект е да се внедри иновативна на световно ниво услуга за повишаване конкурентоспособността на Телелинк на българския, европейски и световен пазар. Проектът предвижда внедряване на продуктова иновация – нова услуга в областта на ИКТ – “Съвременен Център за Управление на Сигурността”. Иновацията представя за първи път възможността на клиенти – средни и големи корпорации, да изнесат процесите и екипа си за сигурност като ги поверят на професионалисти с многогодишен опит. Центърът за управление на сигурността е иновативен пакет от услуги, който дава възможност за по-качествено и ефективно наблюдение и управление на процесите, свързани с информационната сигурност. Това се извършва чрез централизиран орган за наблюдение и управление на инциденти, свързани с информационната сигурност, технологии и човешки ресурс. С цел гарантиране на правилната категоризация, управление и реакция при инциденти, свързани с информационната сигурност, се използват подробно описани, стандартизирани процеси и процедури.
